Strength Fitness Class

Forces Community Fitness Strength and Conditions training is inclusive for everyone.

We all have different strengths within this field.

Daz and Jim will gently progress you at each session, building on your strength and conditioning each time.

Before long you will be lifting heavier weights and moving in the most efficient and effective way. 

What should I expect in Forces Strength classes?

You will be lifting weights, of various types and guises that will include:

Olympic bars, Medicine Balls, Weighted Bars, Dumb Bells, Kettle Bells and Throw Bags to name a few examples.

You may use body weight exercises, or resistance bands, or have a partner to create resistance exercises.

You will be involved in conditioning exercises to improve your body’s performance, including aerobic exercise drills. 

Within these sessions, Daz and Jim will be building your power, strength, flexibility and movements.

We will be enhancing your bodies movements and we will be focused on the quality of your movement to get the fundamentals right.

We will then be progressing you in a gradual manner.

Daz and Jim use fundamental training systems including plyometrics, speed and agility, mobility, core stability, endurance and weight training. 

Forces Community Fitness Strength and Conditioning sessions are key to keeping those injuries away.

You’ll learn how to create a good movement patterns that are balanced and working all the muscles the right way, at the right time during every desired movement.

We will make you aware of your movements and you will better understand what your body is doing, helping you become stronger and more fluid.

Your core strength and stability will get better.

You will find yourself better performing in other elements of your fitness program or your chosen sport.
