Terms of Membership
You consent to continuous payment authority using the card you submit on our website (or our payment processing partners websites) when you purchase any subscription based plan from us.
We require 7 days notice to cancel any subscription payments.
To withdraw consent, simply use the form below and ensure you give 7 days notice to cancel payments.
All payments are non refundable.
Cancelling Your Membership
Just email us by clicking the button below. By cancelling, you also acknowledge the following;
***You membership will be cancelled with immediate effect. You understand that any payments due within 7 days may still be taken and will be non refundable due to insufficient notice of cancellation. Ensure the email you used to create my account with FCF is the same email address you are contacting us from so we can identify you. You understand that using an email address that FCF does not hold for you will mean this cancellation is void. You can simply include your name, account holder email and phone number in the email to ensure your membership is cancelled as efficiently as possible if you are using a secondary email to contact us***
